As a Clevelander, I w...Thanks for a gracious post. As a Clevelander, I was pulling for Symon, although I think Besh is viewed by many as the man with more technical skill. In the end, though, Symon represented himself well in the kitchen, rose to the challenges in front of him, and won the whole of the competition.
